What about warranties?
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer for every product sold. Workmanship warranties are provided directly by your installer and are confirmed in your written estimate before work begins.
Do you handle flooring insurance claims?
Yes. Our experts prepare the documentation your insurer needs and help you replace damaged floors quickly. It's your home and your choice of installer.
How should I prepare my home?
Remove small furniture, electronics and personal items from the rooms being done. Larger furniture moving can be arranged with your installer in advance. Keep pets and children clear of the work area.

When you accept an estimate from a Flooring Local expert, it includes both materials and installation unless otherwise noted. Your expert confirms the scope of work, timeline and any warranty terms before starting. Estimates are subject to site conditions, product availability and any changes requested after acceptance. A "cash & carry" estimate applies to supply-only orders and does not include installation.
