Questions about the visualizer
01Is the flooring visualizer free?
Yes. Upload a photo of your room, choose a floor, confirm your email and we generate the image at no cost. Each person can create one visualization.
02How does it work?
Our AI (Google's Nano Banana 2 image model) edits your photo so that only the floor changes. Walls, furniture, light and perspective stay as they are, and the new floor is matched to the room's angle and lighting.
03Why do you need my email and mobile number?
Rendering costs money, so we ask for your details and confirm your email before we generate the image. A local flooring expert may also contact you about the floor you tried, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
04How accurate is the result?
It is a realistic preview of colour, tone and plank or tile scale in your actual room, which is far better than a swatch. It is not a substitute for seeing a physical sample in your light before you buy.
05What photo works best?
A straight-on, well-lit photo where the floor takes up a good part of the frame. Daylight, phone camera, no filters. Rugs are fine but the more floor visible, the better.
06Can I try more than one floor?
Each person can create one visualization. If you want to see another option, request a free measure and your local expert will bring samples of several floors to your home.
07What happens to my photo?
It is stored privately on Cloudflare to generate your result and so your assigned installer can understand the room. It is never published or used for marketing. Email us at any time to have it deleted.
