Who we are

Flooring Local (flooringlocal.ca) handles personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, email, phone number, location and project details. We also record standard technical information such as the country of your connection and browser type to protect the form from abuse.

How we use it

We use your information to match you with a local flooring expert and to contact you about your request. We share your request only with the expert(s) assigned to your project. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to Flooring Local staff and the assigned expert.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@flooringlocal.ca.
